Agitation
i went to a meditation class yesterday at Shambhala center. I was a lillte bit agitated so i could not sit still for long. I am going back there this morning for a seminar. I had a good sleep last night. i feel relaxing now. It is going to be a pleasant day and i am going to appreciated that.
