We got in Keene Valley around 11pm. J fell asleep as soon as he got in his bed. I was tossing and turning on my bed 2 feet away . I slep in the car during 5 hours drive up form ny city. Now i was awake and looking out the window. I noticed the street lamp right across the Inn. It stood in silence with its beam of light which kept things visible. Day after day, one season after another, the street light turned on by its sensor. It sensed the a cold long night like this one.
