Ilan arrived sunday and come stay with me yesterday since things did not going well btw him and D. I knew Ilan since the day we were still in college. He wanted to buy a laptop so we went to Jand R where i met T. We talked in the store. We talked about the past again... confusing shoppers battle over decicision how much RAM ?... the duel core worthy?... it got be wireless?... i got bored and stepped out the store for fresh air ...." is it working?" i asked myself.

sinew and chungmo

I had the sinew treatment yesterday. My shoulder and arm were stucked with needle like a sewing machine. My chungmo channel also was opened so i could go back to see my childhood spitrilually and emotionally. I woke up this morning felt neutral. my shoulder is not hurting as bad as it was. I had a dream that i had tree called paradise was eaten up by invisible bug. I could see the green leaves disappeared but the bug no where to found. I was singing and kept singing ....

rush

i kept looking at the clock; it's almost time to leave the house for my acupunture appoitmment. I looked for my notes which i wrote couple days ago about thing i am going to tell to my practioner. I have to do like this since i knew i wouldn't say much when i see her. ouch my shoulder hurting...

Up an feeling empty. Thinking about what I am going to write. Feel Even more empty. Read some blogs and wish I got some to share . going to work soon and see more the sick and wounded. My emptiness will then filled up with pain and suffering of myself and... the others.

I am more in tune with my body ever than before. I try not to cause any more damage because i could afford any. I listen to every part of me. I realize how ignorance I was in the past in caring for my own body mind and spirit. If I got to live long ; I got care from now on.

ying spring

i woke up early this morning despite the fact I stayed up late last night to do my paper. Just Walked nikki or i should say Nikki walked me. She drag me around like yo yo and sniffing trash in search for something familiar? I wonder? I did laundry since I could not avoid doing it any longer. I folded my socks differently. Instead of tucking the socks together at the opening end, i double and roll them up. they look neat and easy on the eyes. At least i learned new trick but the dog still walk me with no mind. Who got to eat the biscuit? yeap the one who doesn't have.

fix

I had the pillot changed for the boiler. The cute technician kept lingering around like he want me give head. I gave him 5 buck for coffee tip and said thank you instead.... Play buddha bar VI ... i am hesitating to study but i got too. My testt will be at six. i am singing along in my head " i like the way you dream".......then...." shake it loose..... This afternoon is such a drag but at least it's warmer since the boiler working now.... what next..." Sonargaon."...

snap shot myseft today. Been absent for 3 months. Went thru changes and still got a kick out of it. Yes i saw "crash" and i did " walk the line" but i am sure i wouldn't " brought back mountain" because i believe in cock and bull stories of Trishan Sandy.
