i was looking through old books on the shelve. I pulled out " It's easier than you think" by Sylvia Boorstein. I read up few references to what i heard this morning lecture. Then i found a Nicoderm patch which cut in haft tucked in between pages. What was i thinking then? I 'm scared to know.
