I read the shambhala magazine on the subway home tonite. It is interesting and disturbing
- " set your mind at zero"
-my thought : zero means something or nothing?
- " put the identify system idle "
-my thought : idle? yes i will do it all the times when i am in chat room but away from the computer per se :)P
